Principle Consultant
I graduated with an Environmental Studies degree which remains a passion today. I began working in recruitment and have derived great satisfaction from a career that has so far lasted over 15 years.

I first worked with Bridgette Cameron at the Drax Dearman Group, where I was a Business Development Manager. Here I focused on contract IT into the Private Sector, mainly banks and consultancies.

After leaving the Drax group, I worked in Australia for a year, an experience that I thoroughly enjoyed and remains a highlight today. I also worked as an internal recruitment consultant for the internet firm Uswitch.com. This gave me an insight into the processes that clients have when recruiting both permanent and contract staff. When an opportunity came up to work alongside Bridgette Cameron but this time within her own company, I decided to take it and as such became involved with Alpine just after its inception in 2003. I worked as an Interim  initially until joining full time in February 2008.

Today I focus on Alpine Interim, working with candidates and clients through the Buying Solutions Frameworks.
