Procurement Framework


Procuring business, professional and consultancy services can be a time consuming and costly process, both for purchasers and contractors.

Buying Solutions manage and administer a number of Frameworks including the Catalist Interim Management Framework, which will, from January 2010 be known as the Non Permanent Staff (or NPS) Framework. These frameworks reduce time and associated cost by offering a pre-tendered call-off facility. The Framework agreements are designed to meet the specific needs of customers in the public sector. They are easy to use, compliant with EU procurement directives and consistently deliver excellent value.
