IMA Approved Programme

Alpine Executive joins the Voluntary Code of Conduct


In 2004 the percentage of woman on the boards for FTSE 100 companies stood at 12.5%. Following on from the report produced by Lord Davies of Abersoch in 2011 pertaining to the number of Women on Boards of top UK companies, 10 key recommendations where made. One of those recommendations was that FTSE 100 companies should aim to achieve a 25% representation by 2015, another related to the role of executive search organisations and the creation of a voluntary code of conduct to help address the issue of gender diversity on corporate boards and best practice for related search activities.
