The client is going through substantial change and is looking for the Project Manager / Consultant to help make recommendations about the implementing, developing and delivering a Contact Centre and Digital Mailroom. 

You must have knowledge of the contact centre market, understand the technology and telephony requirements, be able to recommend service options eg Outsourcing and understand the impact on current and future staff.

The position is described as ‘short and sharp' but it could develop into a project delivery-type role, delivering the recommendations.
