Alpine Executive is a niche executive search firm dedicated to senior level recruitment across the sustainability market. We would look to draw upon our networks from which we are confident of identifying excellent candidates, capable of building a strong and credible platform within a client's senior management team.



Our Executive Service provides a range of benefits to our clients including:

 

  • Impactful Advertising - If required, we will work with advertising partners to ensure a cost effective an impactful recruitment campaign, which often includes some online presence.

 

  • Robust Timings - We work closely with our clients to ensure a timely recruitment process to achieve pre-agreed deadlines.  However, we are not afraid to advise if a client’s timeline is likely to jeopardise the desired outcome. We anticipate being able to provide a shortlist of candidates within six to eight weeks from approval of the assignment.

 

  • A full range of selection options – These include psychometric testing, media testing and group interaction assessments, particularly where a client wishes to go beyond the normal interview process to help them make a decision about candidate suitability for a role.

 

Overall, Alpine Executive seeks to assist organisations find the right people for their vacancies and then look to help the organisations with supporting the development of those individuals.
