Alpine engage with a strong network of candidates to support our clients. To date, over 60% of our candidates come to us through referral to join our register. Our clients value the relationship we hold with our candidates and that we always seek to ensure a good “fit” with the client “technically” and “culturally.”
Similarly, we take seriously our commitment to securing roles for our candidates that are interesting, challenging and appropriate roles and projects for our candidates – that will make a real and significant difference to our clients’ environment, doing so at all times in accordance with our key values of transparency and integrity.
Based on our approach to transparency, we were awarded DEFRA’s Procurement Efficiency Award, earlier this year.
The value of skills transfer also drives our relationship with clients - we aim to leave our clients better equipped to deal with ongoing issues themselves.
Our client survey evidence backs this up - In July 2009, our survey showed that 92% of our customers confirmed that working with Alpine left them better equipped for the future.
