Our Associates are typically either ex-civil servants at a very senior level (all SCS Grade 1-3) or Tier 1 consultants from one of the “big 5” consulting organisations. The first category Associates includes recently retired CIO’s, Permanent Secretaries, Chairmen and Commercial Directors from major Departments along with ex-senior partners from the big consultancies and others with 30 or more years experience on the supply side.
Between them, our Associates have unparalleled and hands-on experience of large-scale change programmes within the Public Sector and direct experience of managing large outsourcing deals and have, in turn, access to their own well established networks.
